ABOUT US: Kidology, Inc is a leading provider of pediatric private care and behavioral therapy services (age birth to 21) dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. We are committed to delivering evidence-based interventions that promote positive behavior change and enhance the overall quality of life for our clients and their families.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Assist in the daily intake of new clients and manage ALL ABA insurance clients. Assist in day-to-day operations and provide accurate and timely flows of data, and insurance benefits information, and communication among families and the staff. Contacting insurances to review client data and information/ visit information/ co-payment information/ working alongside accounts payable team to ensure all payments are correct & collected. Complete authorization requests as outlined by state and/or insurance requirements, ensuring that clients have active authorizations for services and that timelines are being met. Collaborate with ABA team members regarding authorized services and required documents. Correspond with billing to ensure all insurance inquiries are logged and provided for billing purposes. Call upon insurance providers and/or state level professionals when questions arise/ submit claims and appeals as needed.

REQUIREMENTS: Related experience and/or education (Education, Counseling, Psychology, Sociology). Entry level to Experience professionals implementing Applied Behavior Analysis and /or experience working with individuals with special needs. Driver's license. Pass Federal and State background checks.
