Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Prepare and process insurance applications and documentation. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent.Proven experience in sales and customer service. Valid property and casualty insurance license in the state of North Carolina. Life and health insurance license preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in using technology and insurance software.
