A Happy Dave's Carwash Specialist's primary responsibility is to ensure that our customers have a positive and memorable experience. You will assist customers with selecting the appropriate carwash options, loading their cars into the carwash, and providing guidance on self-cleaning options. Additionally, you will help maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the carwash facility to uphold our standards of providing a Clean, Fun, and Fast experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively in a team environment to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Accurately process payments for carwash services following established procedures.
- Support the achievement of company goals and objectives for the assigned carwash site.
- Promote Club Membership metrics and recommend service plans, upgrades, and add-ons to customers.
- Perform general duties such as carwashes, maintenance, customer relations, and cleaning tasks.
- Ensure the safety and security of the facility by adhering to all safety and environmental guidelines.
- Adhere to company standards and procedures at all times.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in carwash services preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong oral communication skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including daytime, evening, and nighttime.
- Ability to follow directions and comply with company policies and procedures.
- Proficiency in operating carwash equipment.
- Ability to work independently under pressure.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Must be able to communicate effectively and use hands to handle objects.
- Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, crouch, kneel, and reach.
- Occasionally lift and move up to fifty pounds and climb ladders.
- Vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, and adjusting focus.
- Moderate noise level in the work environment.
