As the market innovator in specialty enrollment, we help connect physician offices, specialty pharmacies, drug manufacturers, hubs, and patients together, to reduce administrative burden, drive operational efficiencies and streamlined communication, resulting in patients starting their medications much quicker than previously possible. The position of technical writer will report to the VP of Product and will work closely with the product, QA, and development teams to document requirements and create Implementation Guides and Technical onboarding documentation across all the product and service offerings on the platform. This position is based in the Louisville, KY area.
Responsibilities: • Creates and maintains technical Implementation Guides and technical onboarding documentation. • Collaborates with Product, Quality Assurance, and Development teams as part of the implementation and onboarding documentation creation process. • Based on product roadmap, establishes timelines for delivery of the implementation documentation to align with product launch dates. • Creates visual aids and process flow diagrams for incorporation into implementation guides. • Manages the documentation change control and versioning process. • Can assist in level 1 production support issues based on knowledge of the technical aspects of the platform. • Insures that in all Implementation guides there is clarity as to the service, logic flow and structure, and consistent grammar and terminology usage across all guides.
Qualifications: 2 to 4 years of experience in technical writing. Demonstrated experience writing documentation for implementation and development teams. Excellent command of the English language. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, including collaborating across teams and functions.Ability to manage simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment. Experience working across different types of data exchange: API, File load, and industry standards. Ability to take complex concepts and distill into easy-to-follow language and process flows. Proficient in MS office Suite of tools
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in communications or a technical discipline. Working knowledge of healthcare data standards (X12, NCPDP, HL7), interoperability, and data privacy. Understanding of the SDLC ( software development lifecycle). Previous software development experience
