Job Overview
We're seeking a skilled and friendly Remote Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls from our customers. This role is critical in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound phone calls from customers
Book transportation trips
Provide estimated time of arrival (ETA) information
Address customer inquiries and concerns
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
Collaborate with dispatch and drivers to ensure efficient service
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in computer use and data entry
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Previous customer service experience preferred
Familiarity with medical terminology and NEMT a plus
Technical Requirements
Personal computer with reliable internet connection
Headset for clear audio communication
Hours and Location
Monday to Friday
Core hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST (minimum)
Possibility for flexible shifts, including later hours (e.g., 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM EST)
100% remote position - can be located anywhere in the United States
