Your Mission (If You Choose To Accept It): To grow our print services (from banners to brochures to photography prints) within the Bitterroot community, fueling growth with your enthusiasm and creative problem-solving. You'll build strong client relationships while ensuring exceptional print production quality through your meticulous attention to detail. Accountabilities (3-5 key areas of responsibility)

Print Production Excellence: Oversee the print production process from start to finish, focusing on exceeding client expectations. Find opportunities to streamline processes, be it through outsourcing or optimization. Manage print team schedules to meet deadlines, aiming for on-time turnaround times. Balance the print team's workload with the community's print timelines. Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot workflow issues and ensure seamless, efficient print production. Proactively maintain equipment and track waste/spoilage to optimize resources.

Community-Focused Sales & Client Relations: Proactively build relationships within the Bitterroot, generating new print service leads through networking, community involvement, and targeted outreach strategies. Craft compelling proposals that showcase solutions and demonstrate a deep understanding of local businesses and individual needs. Build long-term relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor for all things print. Learn and balance the trade-offs between print variables (paper type, provider, customer request, timeline, etc.).

Team Leadership & Development (Optional): If you have experience, train and mentor the print production team on best practices and equipment usage. Create a positive and dynamic team culture aligned with our core values. Focus on boosting employee satisfaction and providing opportunities for skills growth. EOS
