?The Executive Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to executives and senior management. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.

Responsibilities:
Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Ensure efficient use of time and prioritize conflicting demands.
Communication: Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders. Manage phone calls, emails, and other communications, and respond or delegate as appropriate.
Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare for meetings, including agenda preparation, material compilation, and minute-taking. Ensure all logistics are handled and follow up on action items.
Travel Arrangements: Plan and coordinate travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodation, and itinerary management.
Document Preparation: Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required. Ensure accuracy and adherence to company standards.
Office Management: Oversee office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and handling administrative procedures.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
Project Support: Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by executives. Provide research, data analysis, and administrative support as needed.
Special Events: Planning and execution of special events such as, but not limited to, company celebrations, Board Meetings, holiday celebrations, award or reward events and assisting in planning and organizing annual Team Building event.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in administrative role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced Computer Skills
