The Receptionist is responsible for all activities related to the scheduling of deliveries, billing, retail customer interaction, maintaining of patient files and logs and other tasks as assigned.
Represent the Company in a professional and courteous manner in all interactions with client/patients
Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
Take and relay messages
Greet persons entering the office, screen and direct to right person
Manage and maintain company calendar - internal meetings, and management team, marketing out of the office, holidays etc.
Utilize basic Microsoft programs and applications
Filing of patient/company paperwork, as directed
Preparation and packing of resupply boxes, as directed
Perform light cleaning of office equipment and office area.
Purchase and maintain stocks of supplies for the office and cleaning areas.
Report equipment hazards and/or product incidents as required in accordance with Company policy.
Participate in surveys conducted by authorized inspection agencies.
Participate in the Company's Performance Management program as requested by the Performance Management Coordinator.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisory staff.
