Position Overview: Sales Development Leader - Mastercraft USA

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Development Leader to spearhead the expansion of Mastercraft USA's commercial cleaning and floor care equipment line across North America. This role is pivotal in driving exponential growth and establishing Mastercraft USA as a market leader. The successful candidate will independently plan, program, and execute sales strategies, with the aim of building a scalable sales team that supports sustained growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve aggressive growth targets and drive significant revenue for Mastercraft USA.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and approach potential resellers and large national cleaning and restoration contractors, expanding our footprint across North America.
  • Relationship Development: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, buying groups, and association networks to support business growth.
  • Program Building: Design and manage rep and affiliate programs to extend our sales reach, including developing training programs that ensure product knowledge and effective sales techniques.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product management, and customer service teams to align sales strategies with overall company goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor sales performance, provide regular reports, and use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 plus years of B2B product sales experience, particularly in commercial cleaning or related industries, with a proven track record of driving exponential growth.
  • Strong network within the cleaning and safety - restoration contractor space, including connections with resellers and buying groups.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies and manage sales programs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics, with the ability to travel within North America.

This position is available as a full-time role in one of the following locations:
  • Hudson Valley, NY (Newburgh area)
  • Tulsa, OK
  • Austin, TX
