Basic Function: Provide external customer support and internal sales support, ensuring timely and accurate product delivery while addressing any delivery issues promptly.
Responsibilities:
Manage pricing, customer details, and order information in ERP and SAP systems.
Communicate with Sales to ensure accurate pricing and input in the Price Offer Management system.
Coordinate with shipping, transportation, and third-party suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
Process returns, credits, and debits in SAP.
Monitor and resolve customer complaints related to pricing and product issues.
Handle imported products and manage third-party supplier orders through SAP.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED with 3-5 years of experience in customer service, accounts payable, or order entry.
Experience in export transportation, international business, and industrial chemicals preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and SAP, with experience handling multiple products and accounts.
Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality.
Experience in logistics, order-to-cash processes, and interacting with sales and purchasing is a plus.
