Role Overview: As a Junior Account Associate, you will manage and grow client accounts within your designated retail territory. You will work alongside our sales and marketing teams to execute strategies, capture new business leads, and achieve sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and sustain strong relationships with clients within your assigned territory.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
Partner with our marketing and sales teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
Track and analyze sales performance, client feedback, and market trends to ensure client satisfaction.
Prepare and deliver reports on sales activities on a daily basis
Qualifications:
A high school diploma or GED
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or relevant work experience is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to forge strong client relationships.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a keen interest in sales.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
