Role Overview

We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales Hunter to join our team. This role is responsible for identifying, prospecting, and securing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of digital marketing solutions and is skilled at selling to senior-level decision-makers. You will play a critical role in expanding our client base and driving our growth to new heights

What You'll Be Doing

Prospecting and Outreach:
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate leads and engage with potential clients.
  • Perform at least 300 outreach calls/emails per week with the goal of setting meetings
  • Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies that resonate with target audiences.
  • Leverage CRM tools and automation to streamline outreach efforts and track engagement.

Pipeline Development:
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects across targeted industries.
  • Ensure consistent pipeline activity with a focus on top-of-funnel lead generation.
  • Track and report on key metrics such as lead conversion rates, meeting-to-opportunity ratio, and sales cycle length.

Sales Execution:
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify client pain points and align them with our AI-driven digital marketing solutions.
  • Present compelling value propositions to key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, contributing to overall company growth.

Collaboration and Reporting:
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and client strategy teams to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent messaging.
  • Provide regular updates on outreach activities, pipeline status, and sales performance through CRM reporting.
  • Share insights and feedback from prospect interactions to inform future marketing and product strategies.

What Makes You A Great Candidate

You have:
  • 3+ years with a proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in a digital marketing agency or related industry catering to retail brands
  • A Bachelor's Degree is necessary. Business Smarts is a MUST.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outreach and sales metrics in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • A working understanding of digital marketing strategies and their application in the retail sector.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a high-performance sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and effectively convey complex ideas in a persuasive manner.
