In this role, you will:
Develop and maintain a catalog of reports to support business objectives and performance metrics.
Apply business analytics to drive change and develop solutions that address gaps in available data.
Create and present data-driven recommendations to support strategic initiatives and improve business outcomes.
Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management
Contribute to the development of strategies and action plans based on data insights.
Utilize tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Excel, SQL, and PowerPoint to gather, analyze, and communicate business data.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and make recommendations for improvements.
Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives
Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics
Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work
Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations
Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables
Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business
Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Experience with data analysis tools and technologies, including Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and SQL.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Proficiency in presenting information using PowerPoint and other tools.
Experience in working with data teams and understanding data integration processes.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive change based on data insights.
Experience with advanced data analysis techniques and tools.
Familiarity with additional data visualization and analytics tools beyond those listed.
Understanding of credit card and personal lending business processes and customer service dynamics.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
