Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant in Card and Merchant Services (CMS) Business Process Design.

In this role, you will:
  • Develop and maintain a catalog of reports to support business objectives and performance metrics.
  • Apply business analytics to drive change and develop solutions that address gaps in available data.
  • Create and present data-driven recommendations to support strategic initiatives and improve business outcomes.
  • Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management
  • Contribute to the development of strategies and action plans based on data insights.
  • Utilize tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Excel, SQL, and PowerPoint to gather, analyze, and communicate business data.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics
  • Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work
  • Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations
  • Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables
  • Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business
  • Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience with data analysis tools and technologies, including Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and SQL.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in presenting information using PowerPoint and other tools.
  • Experience in working with data teams and understanding data integration processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive change based on data insights.
  • Experience with advanced data analysis techniques and tools.
  • Familiarity with additional data visualization and analytics tools beyond those listed.
  • Understanding of credit card and personal lending business processes and customer service dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
