Job Title: GI Lab Tech
Duties & Responsibilities: The GI Lab Technician is responsible for assisting with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in the gastroenterology lab. This role involves preparing patients, operating specialized equipment, and ensuring a safe and sterile environment. This is a 13 week assignment working 4 10 hour shifts (7a-5:30p) with on call weekends and holidays per unit requirement.
Minimum Requirements:
- BLS (AHA)
- Advanced procedures, EUS, ERCP with Spyglass, Scope Reprocessing
- No endo experience required
- Successful completion of 2 day system endoscopy education within 30 days of hire.
- Successful completion of on the job training with documentation of orientation and all competencies met.
