Delivery Lead - ALIP at Horizontal Talent in Golden Valley, Minnesota

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

•Maintain med/high-level 3-12 to 18+ month ALIP Config Delivery Roadmap - plan, track and communicate what is being delivered when based on short and long term capacity (in close conjunction with the actual BC and PC teams).
•Capacity/schedule/roadmap planning with each PI/AO (scrum) team for their roadmaps and releases (in close conjunction with the actual BC and PC teams).
•Coordinating sizing exercises, annually and ongoing.
??????o?????Including coordinating new/changed intake and impact to all schedules and releases
•Manage "smoothing" of delivery by scrum teams to fit available capacity by release - e.g. "now that we have rough ideas on size, we can do x and y this month but x needs to be next month and a needs to be the month after".
•Support Tech Lead in tracking of stories for each release - ensuring and guiding scrum teams to meet pre-dev deadlines, ensuring story completeness, work status and deliverables, current and upcoming, across all 5 scrum teams.

•Reporting on delivery - quantity (points? per initiative and team), schedule, quality (defects?), etc.
•Monthly monitoring of configuration work and $ ramp up (AZL) / down (Accenture). Drive adjustments as needed
•Coordinating with Accenture on their budget reporting so consolidated reporting can be maintained
•Configuration monthly budget management
•Resource planning with Accenture for work AZL teams need support on or need to turn back to Accenture.
•Coordinate monthly ALIP Exec meetings - materials, pre-alignment, and ensure follow-ups are delivered
