Job Description:


As an Infrastructure Engineering Consultant, you will:

• Consult on complex, large-scale infrastructure engineering initiatives.


• Review and analyze multifaceted infrastructure challenges, considering various factors including intangibles and unprecedented elements.


• Contribute to resolving complex situations by understanding functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.


• Collaborate strategically with client personnel.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions, demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.


• Deep technical background to design, build, enhance, and integrate technology infrastructure for various platforms.


• Act as a lead sales engineer providing technical expertise and business relationship engagement.

Technical Expertise:

• 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following technologies:
  
  
  • Compute, storage, cloud, and database infrastructure enablement
  
  
  • Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Models
  
  
  • Public-facing digital technologies
  
  
  • Innovative technologies including Quantum computing
  
  
  • Public and private cloud experience, focusing on application modernization and Kubernetes
  
  
  • Cybersecurity in retail and customer-facing technologies
  
  
  • Operational monitoring and automation technologies
  
  
  • Financial services operational experience in wholesale, retail, commercial, and shared services business lines
  
  
  
  

Additional Skills:

• Working knowledge of database technology, large data warehouses, data lakes, or data management.


• Experience in learning delivery, knowledge transfer, and skills development.


• Business relationship management capabilities, including:
  
  
  • Developing and delivering management information for decision-making
  
  
  • Demand management for new services or modifications
  
  
  • Identifying prospective customers and enhancing business opportunities
  
  
  • Developing and managing service level targets
  
  
  • Portfolio management for programs, projects, and ongoing services
