Overview: Lincoln Meadows Care Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance/Environmental Services Director to oversee the housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance departments within our skilled nursing facility. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance teams


• Ensure that all areas of the facility meet high cleanliness and safety standards


• Oversee routine and emergency maintenance tasks, ensuring prompt repairs


• Develop and implement maintenance schedules for equipment and facility upkeep


• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations


• Maintain inventory and budget for maintenance and environmental services


• Train and support team members, fostering a positive and efficient work environment


• Collaborate with the administration and nursing staff to address facility needs

• Proven experience in maintenance, environmental services, or a related field, preferably in a healthcare or skilled nursing setting


• Leadership experience managing teams


• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills


• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety procedures


• Ability to respond to emergencies and perform hands-on maintenance as needed
