Role:
Under the general guidance from the Online Billing Supervisor and CentralServices Manager, the Online Billing Specialist will process invoices produced by Billing Specialists. The Online Billing Specialist position is the key check point within the company to ensure all invoices are delivered to our customers for Accounts Receivable to receive payment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Process daily invoices prepared by Billing team via email, customer platform or mail
Prepare and process consolidated invoices
Help maintain the Online Issue Log
Problem solve with the appropriate party to resolve online issues
Perform checks to find resolved issues and verify all invoices are accounted for
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree highly preferred.
Prior Billing-related experience preferred.
Experience in HVAC Industry or other service business preferred
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Demonstrated stable and successful work experience in billing/and or customer service
Extreme attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent computer proficiency
Excellent ability to learn software
50+ WPM typing
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and goals

Proficient in Microsoft office and Excel
Organized detailed and self-motivated
Ability to multi-task and problem solve
