Job Description:

Ultimate Staffing is assisting a company in the North Houston area to find a Client Service Representative to join their growing team.



Position Overview:

• Temporary-to-hire


• IN OFFICE, Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm


• Pay : $17/HR - $19/HR


• Company offers comprehensive benefits package once permanent

Job Duties:

• Manage all customer orders including updates, inputting customer information, providing shipping information, sending invoices, updating orders, and more


• Administrative duties such as data entry of customer information, updating purchase orders, checking email


• Serve as liaison between the customer and company/customer service department

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of recent customer service experience in an office setting


• Great communication skills, both written and verbal


• High School Diploma


• Must be able to pass a background and drug test prior to starting
