Job Description:
A client of ours in the Manufacturing industry is currently looking for a HR Manager to join their team! This position is 100% onsite and is open due to growth.
Direct Hire
Location: LaPorte, 77571
Onsite: 5:00am-5pm - Mon-Fri
Salary: $80-$90k depending on experience, plus bonus and excellent benefits
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing human resource issues related to training, payroll, recruitment, compliance and employee relations.
- Responsible for all day-to-day coordination of human resources and payroll support to the Company.
- Responsible for supporting, advising, and guiding managers and employees on all employee issues.
Skills/Abilities:
- 5-7 years in human resources and in manufacturing environment.
- A Bachelor's degree in business or HR is required.
- Experience with employee relations and recruiting.
- Understanding of payroll practices and procedures.
- PHR certification is a plus
