We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal with 2-5 years of workers' compensation experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about their work and committed to delivering high-quality results in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.
Conduct legal research and summarize findings.
Manage case files and maintain organized records.
Communicate effectively with clients, insurance companies, and other parties involved in cases.
Schedule appointments and manage deadlines to ensure timely completion of work.
Support the legal team by performing administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience in workers' compensation law.
Fluency in both Spanish and English is a plus but not required.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Proficient in word processing and email applications.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Commitment to working according to scheduled hours.
