WHAT IS THIS POSITION RESPONSIBLE FOR?
Assist in posting positions in HRIS system.
Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for assigned positions.
Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for role for assigned positions.
Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Organize and conduct background checks and other necessary pre-employment screenings based on position requirements.
Communicates with new hires throughout the onboarding process to facilitate the process.
Leads and facilitates orientation training delivery, as needed, independently executing the training in part or whole.
Assists and participates in employment events, including open houses and job fairs.
Completes hiring process in the HRIS system.
Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
WHAT'S REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION?
High School diploma or GED required. Associates preferred
Previous experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, Training, or related field preferred.
Previous experience in healthcare a plus.
Possess an outgoing, friendly personality and the ability to provide excellent customer service.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must possess excellent computer skills and be proficient in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Prior knowledge of applicant tracking software programs preferred.
Attention to detail and highly organized.
