Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant in Card and Merchant Services Process Change Delivery as part of Card and Merchant Services Operations. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.

In this role, you will:
  • Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business initiatives to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives
  • Research complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy, and understanding of international business
  • Review basic initiatives including policy or process changes, process improvements, technology enhancements, and conduct regular reviews to identify efficiencies and cost savings opportunities
  • Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, risk management and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
  • Review and research business strategy and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations
  • Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables
  • Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor processes, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business
  • Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business
  • Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management
  • Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff
Required Qualifications, US:
  • 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Ability to take initiative in providing analytics that will help create and improve process through strategic thinking
  • Good analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
  • Knowledge and understanding of consumer products, policies, and procedures; within a call center environment, specifically with credit card.
  • Strong collaboration and partnering skills
  • Experience identifying risk, evaluate the impact and developing strategy to mitigate risk
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of project management and implementation of business deliverables.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to take initiative and identify opportunities in recommending change
  • Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
