Job Description:
Our client is seeking a dedicated and innovative Data Analytics Senior Developer to join their dynamic team. This remote role offers the opportunity to work hands-on in a data analytics ecosystem, delivering a portfolio of data analytics solutions that effectively support our client's business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a business-aligned portfolio of data analytics products within our Analytics Ecosystem.
- Analyze requirements, gather data, and develop logical, physical data models and designs to deploy and maintain a wide range of data analytics solutions.
- Analyze data integration requirements and develop schemas in support of system integration.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure data models and designs support the integration of data/information flow across systems and platforms.
- Harvest business rules and metadata from application silos; create enterprise data solutions to drive results through analytics.
Qualifications:
- A Master's Degree or higher with 3 years of data analytics experience, or a Bachelor's Degree with 4 years of data analytics experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with 6 years of Information systems/Analytics application Consulting experience.
- 3 years of experience building end-to-end analytics solutions (data to visualization and insights).
- Experience working with structured, unstructured, and semi-structured data to produce analytics modeling and outcomes.
- 3 years of experience working with data in ERP (Oracle/SAP/MS Dynamics), Salesforce, Pega.
- 3 years of experience working with business and technical leaders to design, build and implement analytics solutions across a Business Intelligence Stack (Azure, Snowflake, SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI).
Preferred Qualifications:
- A Master's in data science.
- 2 years of experience with ML/AI, advanced analytics, or data science software.
- Skills in data engineering, Data Governance, and communication with senior leadership and front-line developers.
