<p><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">As the Marketing Manager for the Best Buy Ads GTM strategy team you will be responsible for the development and execution of marketing strategies for the overarching Best Buy Ads brand, including attracting new revenue sources through generating incremental demand, creating marketplace differentiation, and nurturing new and existing client relationships.</span></span></p><p><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work some days on-site at the Best Buy location listed on this posting and some days virtually from home or other non-Best Buy location. The specific work arrangements vary by role and team. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.</span></span></p><p><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">What You'll Do:</span></span></p><p><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">· Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance industry awareness and drive consideration of Best Buy Ads through storytelling, external marketing campaigns, and media/trade event activations.</span></span></p><p><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">· Craft and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product offerings, ensuring alignment with company goals and maximizing monetization opportunities.</span></span></p><p><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">· Oversee Trade Event strategy, including recommending which trade events Best Buy Ads attends at an annual level, while optimizing Best Buy Ads sponsorship opportunities and speaking engagements.</span></span></p><p><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">· Work with embedded creative team and agency partners to execute Sales Enablement strategies that support internal teams and partners, enhancing overall marketing effectiveness.</span></span></p><p><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">· Manage and optimize the GTM team marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve targets.</span></span></p><p><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">· Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to gain insights into customer behaviors, ensuring marketing strategies are customer-centric and drive business growth.</span></span></p><p><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Basic Qualifications:</span></span></p><p><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">· 7+ years of experience in marketing, brand strategy, or advertising.</span></span></p><p><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">· 3+ years of experience leading Go to Market campaigns</span></span></p><p><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">· 3+ years of working with cross-functional partners and multiple levels within the organization</span></span></p><p><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">· Strong business acumen and ability to create marketing strategies that align with overall business goals.</span></span></p><p><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">· Strong ability to manage budgets, delivering financial transparency to executive teams.</span></span></p><p><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Preferred Qualifications:</span></span></p><p><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">· Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.</span></span></p><p><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">· Event/Experiential Marketing experience</span></span></p><p><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">· Experience working in retail, media, or B2B industries</span></span></p><p><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">· Knowledge of emerging retail media technologies and trend</span></span></p><p><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">What's in it for you</span></span></p><p><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">We're committed to helping our people thrive at work and at home.
