<div><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">As a Service Center Supervisor, you'll train and develop employees, maintain excellent customer service and set goals for your team. You'll oversee your team's day-to-day needs, supervise work in progress and support assistant managers in executing team and building strategies. For this role, you'll focus on the technology services function, our primary area of focus at this facility.<br><br>This role takes place at Geek Squad city, our 240,000-square-foot repair center in Brooks, Kentucky.<br><br><strong>What you'll do</strong></span></span></div><ul><li><div><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Train Geek Squad Agents to achieve business and performance metrics</span></span></div></li><li><div><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Monitor employee schedules, exceptions and time off</span></span></div></li><li><div><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Host weekly meetings to touch base on day-to-day work direction and work in progress</span></span></div></li><li><div><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Maintain positive client and vendor relationships</span></span></div></li><li><div><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Conduct tracking and reporting related to individual and department productivity, quality, staffing, workload and escalations</span></span></div></li><li><div><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Make sound business decisions related to workforce planning, waste, exceptions and inventory</span></span></div></li></ul><div><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"><strong>Basic qualifications</strong></span></span></div><ul><li><div><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">1 year of experience in training related to consumer electronics</span></span></div></li><li><div><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">1 year of leadership experience</span></span></div></li><li><div><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Able to stand and sit for long periods of time</span></span></div></li><li><div><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Able to work in a fast-paced environment</span></span></div></li><li><div><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment</span></span></div></li><li><div><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Able to lift weight up to 50 pounds</span></span></div></li><li><div><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Able to acquire and maintain required certifications within 90 days of hire</span></span></div></li><li><div><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Previous experience with Microsoft Office</span></span></div></li></ul><div><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"><strong>Preferred qualifications</strong></span></span></div><ul><li><div><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Associate degree in business or related field</span></span></div></li><li><div><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">1 year of experience evaluating and repairing consumer electronics</span></span></div></li><li><div><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">1 year of experience in customer service</span></span></div></li><li><div><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Fluent in both English and Spanish</span></span></div></li><li><div><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">6 months of experience using proprietary systems or inventory-related systems such as Star, Smart Parts, Comergent, Gozer, FMS, Breeze, GSX/AST2, OCIS, RSS or Linux</span></span></div></li></ul><div><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"><strong>What's in it for you</strong><br><br>We're committed to helping our people thrive at work and at home.
