Job Description:

Shift
Monday Friday, 9 am 5:30 pm or other hours/schedules as needed to support the business needMust be flexible in working later shift or weekend hour to accommodate any mandatory training for new hires

Responsibilities
Coordinate with Ohio department managers to determine training needsDesign effective training programs for Pharmacy Technicians & PharmacistsTrain and support new Pharmacy Technicians & PharmacistsConduct routine audits for all operational modules for training needsAbility to identify retraining opportunities Implement new process and policies at discretion of leadershipKnowledge of Pharmacy Workflow, including Floor, Data Entry, Pharmacist, etc.Performs ongoing assessment, monitor and guide new and existing employeesWork with internal teams to effectively resolve issuesDemonstrate the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct with employeesThrive as a team player in a fast paced, high energy, change oriented environmentEnsure all policies and procedures are adhered to including HR, Operations, etc.Administer records of all trainings, in-services required by Company policies and local, state, federal laws, rules and regulationsPerform other related duties and assignments as required and assigned by the Director of Pharmacy Operations
