This role is responsible for supporting efficient order fulfillment, raw material forecasting, and supplier network management within our organization. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations for our tolling, imports, and partnered manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities:
Manage workflows for raw materials and finished goods through our enterprise systems (e.g., D365, OMNIS). This includes tasks like coordinating internal transfers, purchase requisition creation for procurement, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
Develop and maintain demand forecasts to optimize raw material consumption and production at our partner facilities.
Collaborate with scheduling to create production schedules that meet inventory needs and enhance manufacturing efficiency.
Design and implement tools and procedures that improve data capture and communication with our supplier network.
Interface with Quality to address customer concerns related to non-technical aspects of tolling or partner manufacturing.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management (preferred) or related field.
1-3 years of experience in supply chain planning or scheduling (preferred).
Working knowledge of MRP planning systems.
Ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams.
Experience interfacing with senior management.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to influence and build consensus without direct supervisory control.
