The Payroll Manager is responsible for overseeing the payroll department and ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees . This role involves managing a team of payroll specialists, coordinating with HR and finance departments, and ensuring compliance with federal, state and local regulations . The Payroll Manager will also implement and maintain payroll systems and policies and provide leadership and guidance to the payroll team.
