The Product and Relationship Management (PRiMe) Function is responsible for serving as the principal entity for Federal Reserve Bank Service activities that touch both the industry and customers. PRiMe’s core responsibilities include customer support, product support, industry engagement, marketing and customer relations.

Specifically, the Business Operations and Strategy team is responsible for organizing and managing PRiME programming, strategy, reporting, and communications critical to executing strategic objectives on behalf of the executive and senior leadership teams.

As a Senior Business Strategy Analyst, you will provide both strategic and operational support to the FRFS Product and Relationship Management function. You will support the function with communications, change management, strategic planning and related reporting, governance, employee engagement action plans and more. This is a highly visible role that collaborates across the FRFS. You will have an opportunity to lead development and implementation of processes that support PRiMe Business Operations and grow your leadership and project management skills while working with a variety of stakeholders across the Federal Reserve System.

The level of work required is considered advanced and staff must be able to work under minimal supervision.

Key Activities:


  • Lead, enhance, and maintain the PRiMe communications plan including creating and coordinating content in alignment with PRiMe’s strategic goals and objectives for PRiMe’s channels and platforms to keep a range of audiences informed and engaged.

  • Create and maintain tools, practices, and strategic plans that support PRiMe Senior Leadership team objectives and goals.

  • Develop relationships with subject matter experts and collaborate with both teammates and colleagues around PRiMe and FRFS to proactively identify compelling storytelling opportunities across PRiMe engagement channels.


  • Develop agenda topics and presentation content or talking points/briefing materials for senior and executive management.

  • Participate on internal cross-functional teams or projects with the goal of aligning department-specific initiatives to broader organizational strategies.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field

  • 5 or more years of relevant experience;

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills including being able to facilitate meetings and present ideas in a business and user-friendly language;

  • Excellent project management skills;

  • Experience creating concise and compelling communications for different audiences;

  • Ability to build and manage relationships at all levels of the organization and maintain collaboration within the function, group and across the FRFS;


  • Background applying and summarizing information from different sources with the ability to see the big picture and connect the dots;

  • Previous experience applying change management principles

Locations:


  • Hybrid, on-site requirement will be determined by hiring district

  • The selected candidate will reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the employing Reserve Bank and will work full-time onsite or in a hybrid arrangement that meets the minimum number of onsite days required by the employing District. Reasonable commuting distance to a Reserve Bank's main office is defined according to the District’s policies and practices
