The Inventory Control Analyst will assist in managing inventory for YETI retail stores. This person will also ensure the 3PL WMS and ERP inventory balances match weekly. They will work hand in hand with 3PLs, Operations, IT, Logistics, Quality, Finance, Loss Prevention and Internal Audit to ensure that SAP accurately reflects physical stock and value. Travel up to 20% of time to warehouse sites and YETI stores.


Responsibilities:

Gather and reconcile inventory data between 3PL WMS and ERP SAP. Identify, report out, and provide root cause analysis on variances and other inventory related issues.
Assist in order processing, inventory allocations & delivery process to ensure proper timing and accuracy in POS and ERP systems
Work to enforce key inventory controls across YETI store fleet.
Monitor and analyze inventory KPIs. Report out on trends and optimization opportunities
Conduct monthly and quarterly audits of our 3PL's Cycle Count procedures
Plan and assist in the execution of routine category cycle counts and full store physical inventories across the fleet.
Monitor processes that impact inventory accuracy and ensure appropriate controls in place to mitigate risk- receiving errors, store to store transfers, adjustments, mis-ships, etc.
Work to ensure integrity of inventory reporting in both ERP and POS systems
Subject matter expert on retail logistics, warehousing process and system impacts (WMS, ERP & POS)


Qualifications and Attributes:

Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, systems engineering, supply chain management preferred or equivalent work experience
At least 4 years of working experience in supply chain environment
At least 2 years of working experience in or with distribution centers, warehouses or other operation functions preferred
Experience with ERP and WMS - preference for SAP and JDA WMS
Proficiency in Excel required
Excellent interpersonal, relationship management and communications skills
Extremely detail-oriented, organized, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with a high level of accuracy
