Advanced Process Technician at Kforce Inc in Corvallis, Oregon

Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Corvallis, OR that is seeking an Advanced Process Technician.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee equipment/tools


• Make sure the operations are running it within specifications


• If there is a problem, look into how many parts failed and the yield fall out


• Work with engineering


• Try to analyze what went wrong.


• Attend meetings for planning, operations, meet with engineering to discuss causes for yield fall out


• Work with planners to help develop the build schedule


• Oversee the walk by the equipment that the operators are running and that the equipment settings are what are specific

REQUIREMENTS:

• College degree is nice to have or related experience (a combination of work experience, or if they have done this kind of work for a different company/different industry


• Excel skills- charts and graphs for yield and output


• Electromechanical skills and understanding of components


• Requires good dexterity and ability to assemble small assemblies


• Experience SAP


• Experience utilizing SAP to run queries, to help build the build schedules for the week or the month


• Experience writing documentation


• Soft Skills: getting along with people, being a good team member (work with operations, engineering, process techs in the group)


• Experience with JUMP (for data analysis), SAP, Excel (pivot tables, creating graphs)


• Experience with inkjet manufacturing is a bonus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
