Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Dubuque, IA that is hiring a Project Manager to serve as the operational leader for the Senior Product Sponsor at the project level. The Project Manager will be taking the vision provided by the Senior Product Sponsor for accessibility, they lead the project team in identifying the most efficient and flexible plan to deliver upon the Senior Product Sponsor's expectations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager/Coordinator


• Experience with Excel


• Excellent communication skills - verbal, written, interpersonal and organizational communication skills; Must be able to communicate with across other teams and business stakeholders


• Inquisitive with willing to ask questions and probe


• Ability to call out conflicting information or issues for a resolution


• Time Management skills


• Trust and candor


• Team player


• Smartsheet is nice to have; JIRA experience plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
