As an Executive Assistant you provide administrative support to one or several VP's of NetApp's Worldwide Customer Success organization. The current scope includes the VPs of Worldwide Customer Support Delivery and Support Account Management along with their direct staff of Senior Directors and Directors. These organizations are vibrant and leading the way in providing support and care to our customers.
As an essential part of the leadership team, you have the chance to shape the culture that defines our interactions with customers and partners. By applying your creativity and meticulous nature, you can help promote customer loyalty and retain employees.Your mission is to provide a wide variety of support which may include research and data analysis tasks, preparation of reports and recommendations, and coordination between departments and outside parties. To be successful, you will have strong interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations; analytical abilities to gather, organize, summarize and report information; and strict attention to detail in creating communications and presentations.
Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $87,400 - $122,900 and will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
