Boulder Post Acute is Hiring an RN/LPN Unit Manager!

What to expect:
- Lead the day-to-day functions of the Nursing Unit.
- Ensure the highest quality of care for our residents.
- Work closely with the Director of Nursing Services.

Successful Candidates:
- Active RN or LPN license in Colorado.
- CPR certification.
- Ability to pass criminal and Colorado CAPS background checks.
- COVID vaccine required or valid exemption.
- Supervisory experience in skilled nursing is a plus!
