Responsibilities

Planning Analyst – Repair and Overhaul Division

Essential Functions
• Liaison between Account Managers, Sourcing, Manufacturing and OE Planning for order fulfillment.
• Generate LOB (line of balance) for customers when required.
• Identify part shortages and communicate priorities with Sourcing and Production to meet customer needs.
• Maintain will ship dates used for customer commitments as well as site financial output commitments.
• Create and maintain repair schedules.
• Expedite orders to ensure needs are being meet.
• Manage release of work orders.
• Utilize MRP to ensure exceptions are being addressed promptly.
• Help coordinate MRB activities ensuring visibility of priorities.
• Assist in inventory management, as well a physical count when required.
• Daily and weekly activities to maintain accurate data in ERP system.
• Support business rhythms that include, but not limited to Will Ship Meeting, CMR (critical material reviews), and host delivery meetings when required.
• Provides support to the Account Managers and Repair & Overhaul Leadership by providing input into various weekly / monthly reports, identifying, or advising any unusual trends in cost, quality, delivery, demand, or supply risks.
• May be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.

Qualifications

Education and Experience
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent required.
• One (1) year of experience in production planning or shop floor expediting/controls preferred.
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Effective time management and self-starter.
• Ability to make quick decisions and prioritize.
• Ability to operate a PC with knowledge of MS office products and an MRP/ERP system.
• Detail-oriented.
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Must work well with others in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills as multi-tasking are essential.

Position Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000/Annual. Hiring range and position pay range may differ, commensurate with education, qualifications, and experience.
