Overview

The Contract Recruiter will focus on Medical Sales/Clinical sales recruiting. This position is responsible for facilitating the full recruitment cycle including candidate sourcing, interviewing and selection. The duration of the contract assignment will be approximately 3-4 months. This is a 100% remote position.

Responsibilities

Summary:

The Contract Recruiter collaborates with the Sarnova team to attract exceptional Medical/Clinical Sales Professionals. This position is responsible for facilitating the full recruitment cycle including candidate sourcing, interviewing and selection.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source for Medical/Clinical sales professionals (active open positions and pipeline).
  • Recruit experienced talent for Medical/Clinical Sales openings.
  • Conduct first round interview interviews to ascertain fit.
  • Present candidates to hiring manager on a timely basis.
  • Coordinate interview schedules.
  • Facilitate post-interview candidate debrief session with interviewers.
  • Draft and extend employment offers.
  • Develop and maintain candidate database with a focus on creating a candidate pipeline.

Skills/Experience Required:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field or relevant experience.
  • Agency recruiting experience highly desirable.
  • A minimum of 3+ years experience recruiting Medical/Clinical Sales professionals.
  • Experience recruiting clinical professionals desired.
  • Significant recruiting skills including demonstrated proactive sourcing experience focused on locating passive candidates.
  • Strong interviewing skills, ability to determine candidate “fit”, successfully working with hiring managers.
  • Solid interpersonal and communications skills; with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work with a sense of urgency.
  • Strong customer service and follow up skills.
  • Computer skills in all Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions autonomously.
