Job Description:

Job Summary


This position is the primary liaison between the locations of Carlisle Architectural Metals and the customers who purchase our materials. Our Order Management Specialists are responsible for delivering The Carlisle Experience by getting the right product, to the right place, at the right time, in the right condition, with the right invoicing - and being a pleasure to do business with throughout. The OMS is also the customer's primary point of contact for resolution of problems as they arise. This individual will be expected to form strong relationships with internal and external customers, representatives, and Carlisle regional sales managers.


Duties and Responsibilities:


* Handles all requests for an assigned territory of customers, managing customer orders from placement through successful delivery and invoicing, providing accurate lead times and verifying pricing, credit memos, and RMAs.


* Works with colleagues in inventory and production planning to source material for orders.


* Reviews open orders on a regular basis to proactively identify and work through changes, rescheduling shipments with customers when needed.


* Maintains a network of appropriate contacts within the various departments such as Inventory Management, Shipping, Purchasing, AP, and Production as well as with external vendors.

Education and Experience:

* Minimum experience in one of the following fields: order management, logistics, or inventory management.


* Experience working to serve internal and/or external customers.

This role can be hybrid-schedule, typically 3 days in the office / 2 days at home, based in the Denver, CO Metro Area (subject to management approval); the office address is 1550 E 73rd Ave, Suite A, Denver, CO 80229.


As an Order Management Specialist, you will be entitled to the following:


* The Salary Range for this position is $46,150.00 to $83,069.00.


* The final base compensation offered is based on educational achievements, professional experience, other qualifying factors & skillsets, and internal equity. While Carlisle Companies Inc is committed to Pay Transparency with this range, understand that candidates should not expect to see an offer near the top end of the posted range.
* Participation in the Incentive Compensation Program, which is subject to the terms and conditions of the program and may change at any time.
