Key Responsibilities:
Tropicana Brands Group is looking for a highly qualified CARTONS Specialist 1 to support the Carton filling team to ensure the company's goals and initiatives are met.
This role will be responsible for demonstrate leadership behaviors consistent with TBG Values and Code of Conduct, actively support daily, period and annual plan, promote a positive team environment, ensure reliable and safe operation of equipment through troubleshooting and maintenance within the system area, build the capability of the organization through training and be a role model and participate in department TPM objectives and priorities including AM, PM, FI and OCCI as determined by the department and line teams.
Additional Responsibilities:

May need to work more than 40 hours a week and/or work 12-hour days up to 7 days per week
Actively support TPM programs.
Be a role model and lead the department in TPM objectives and priorities including AM, FI and OCCI as determined by the department and line teams
Ensure all areas are maintained to 5S standards
