What will you do?




  • Conduct strategic account profiling and target development for prospective clients within the Washington territory

  • Collaborate with important decision-makers and actively coordinate all sales-related activities

  • Gain agreement from potential clients to broaden product utilization and ensure successful implementation of sales strategies

  • Build and maintain relationships with senior-level executives and decision-makers to drive sales growth

  • Develop and implement sales plans that align with company goals and objectives

  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value of our products and services

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system

How will you get here?




  • Bachelor's degree (BA, BS or equivalent) in a relevant field

  • Three years of demonstrated ability in a sales role, preferably in the medical diagnostics or similar market

  • Demonstrated excellence in driving sales growth and achieving targets

  • Proven ability to work with senior-level executives and decision-makers

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to implement complex sales strategies

  • Advanced negotiation and presentation skills

  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to travel extensively within the designated territory (minimum 50% travel)

  • Proficiency with SFDC CRM, Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook

  • Self-directed, highly motivated, and capable of working independently
