Job Description:

** Remote - Must be local to Mattoon, IL **



Duration: Temporary, 6 months assignment




Pay Rate: $15.00-18.00 per hour, depending on experience




Hours: Monday-Friday 7AM-7PM (Mandatory OT)




Responsibilities:



  • Engage with business customers to provide comprehensive information regarding products and services.

  • Address and resolve complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Handle requests and inquiries from a diverse customer base, ranging from small businesses to large corporations.

  • Communicate professionally and effectively through various channels, including telephone, postal mail, and email.

  • Write small MAC (Move, Add, Change) orders and offer alternative solutions for customers experiencing service changes or increased charges.

  • Participate in a Special Projects team that supports both customer needs and internal initiatives.

  • Contribute to project tasks as required.




Qualifications:



  • 4-6 years of experience in a customer service-related field preferred.

  • Pre-Employment background check, drug screen and education verification.

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • PRISM experience is a plus.

  • Strong initiative and organizational abilities.

  • Proficient in learning and managing multiple processes and system applications in a dynamic environment.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently.

  • Enjoyment of team collaboration and maintaining a positive attitude with both customers and team members.

  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
