Job Description:

Looking for a Procurement Clerk for an 8 month temporary position in Stockton, CA. This position pays $22-$25 an hours and starts immediately.


- Must have the ability to work in excel spreadsheets and Microsoft office comfortably


- Very organized with attention to detail with good time management


- Basic knowledge of procurement, preferably in public sector.


Duties:


-Assist Procurement Contracts staff and Procurement Manager as needed with RFP's and IFB's


-Reviewing of files and contracts


-e-documentation and backlogging of urchase orders within a 3 year span


-Assist the Procurement and Business Unit staff with contract and purchase order closeouts
