Job Description:

Staff Accountant duties:

• Full cycle accounting including month end close, journal entries, A/P and A/R duties


• Maintain and manager the general ledger


• Conduct bank/account reconciliations


• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed


• Review or supervise junior staff and their work


• Liaise with internal departments and outside parties to resolve discrepancies and issues

Requirements:

• 4 year degree or higher in Accounting or Finance


• Quality tenure shown on resume


• 4+ years experience gained within a Staff Accountant level position


• At least (1) ERP system and advanced excel level


• Good communication skills orally and written


• Good work ethic and willing to learn, listen, and execute directions
