Reputable personal injury litigation firm is seeking an experienced executive assistant to support their C-level executives. Seeking someone with 5 years of experience that has strong attention to detail, multi-task, organized and can prioritize urgent vs important. Requirements for the executive assistant position:

5 years minimum experience as an executive assistant.

Strong calendar management experience

booking travel, fights, hotel, ground transportation.

Handling their billing, invoices, billables for the attorney and working with their vendors.

Hybrid Schedule: 8:00AM-5:00PM (Need someone flexible with hours)

Compensation: DOE ($80K-$90K)
