Education and Experience:

  • An Associate's degree or equivalent experience in social work, public administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.

  • At least 1-3 years of experience working in community engagement, homeless services, or a related field.

  • Experience in promoting equity and inclusion within community services or social work is strongly valued.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $57,283 to $84,864, depending on experience and qualifications.

  • Full-time, non-exempt position with benefits including health, dental, vision, 401k, and paid time off.

This is a hybrid role requiring occasional in-office presence.
