Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee updates and maintenance of various online platforms, including the company's website and real estate listings.


• Develop and distribute marketing materials like community brochures, pricing sheets, and promotional sales content.


• Ensure that sales centers are stocked with all necessary materials and assist in planning grand openings and promotional events.


• Support sales initiatives by managing the CRM system, preparing training documents, and maintaining sales-related forms.


• Handle customer inquiries and route them to the appropriate departments as needed.


• Coordinate special projects such as secret shopping assignments, virtual property tours, and post-sale feedback initiatives.


• Provide administrative support to senior leadership, including travel coordination and event logistics.


• Assist with sales department invoice processing and supplier communications, handling discrepancies, and managing documentation.
