Human Resources:



-New employee onboarding, orientation and assisting them with new hire paperwork and enrollment in benefit programs.


-E-Verify all newly hired employees.


-Administering benefits plans, including enrollments, changes and terminations.


-Reconciles benefits statements.


-Completes FMLA paperwork.


-Maintains digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records.


-Performs other duties as assigned.



Payroll:



-Responsible for the preparation and processing of payroll on a weekly basis.


-Enters, maintains, and/or processes information in the payroll system: information may include employees' hourly rates, salaries, commissions, bonuses or other compensation, time worked, paid leave and holidays, deductions and withholdings, address changes, and other information.


-Ensures proper processing of payroll deductions for taxes, benefits, and other deductions.


-Process weekly payroll, taxes, 401-k, order withholdings.


-Prepares and files Quarterly/Yearly Payroll Taxes for Federal and State.


-Setup new employees files.


-Process Vehicle Allowances, Cellphone Reimbursements, and Employee Reimbursements


-Prepares yearly W-2's and ACA.


-Processing Certified Payroll Reports.


-EEOC Reporting.


-Manage and update PTO calendar.


-Verify PTO and Sick requests are accounted for in weekly payroll.



Qualification:



-Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, and MS Outlook, in particular).


-Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.


-Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.


-Excellent written and verbal communication skills


-Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.


-Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.


-Foundation Software experience a plus.
