Job Description:

Ultimate Staffing is seeking an experienced HR Coordinator/Human Resources Administrative Assistant for one of our St. Louis, MO clients.


Our client needs a dynamic and motivated individual to provide executive support to the Vice President of Human Resources in an engaging and positive work environment. Key responsibilities include:


- Managing confidential information with discretion while supporting various HR functions.


- Providing seamless phone and email communications, vendor management, meeting coordination, and technical assistance.


- Preparing presentations, agendas, and organizing meetings, video conferences, and travel arrangements. Strong PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills need.


- Playing a key role in human resources projects focused on employee engagement and recruitment, including managing pre-employment requirements, onboarding, and orientation.


- Supporting talent acquisition by sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting phone interviews, and processing background checks.


- Overseeing new hire onboarding activities to create a welcoming and smooth transition for new employees.


What you bring:


- 3-5+ years of administrative support experience (HR experience preferred)


- Strong communication and interpersonal skills


- Excellent organizational and time management abilities


- Proficiency in MS Office Suite


- Bachelor's degree
