Post Closing Specialist




Contract Duration - 6 Months

Location - St Louis, MO 63102

Max Pay - $19.58 to $23.78 per hour, W2


Provides escrow services for residential and commercial resale, new construction, refinance, relocation and timeshare transactions. Responsible for supporting real estate transactions by providing a range of administrative and/or support duties to assist escrow processes as part of a production center, branch office, or member of a title team.


Skills/Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in auditing Mortgage loan documentation and/or submitting documents to the county for recording via an electronic recording platform.


• Understanding of mortgage loan documents and the ability to identify recordable documents.


• Excellent attention to detail


• Well organized with the ability to handle multiple functions and clients in a fast paced environment.


• Basic knowledge of Excel


• Customer satisfaction oriented and driven to meet required deadlines/goals.


• Ability to work independently but also as a team member.


• Excellent written communication and verbal skills


• Title company experience and/or Mortgage experience.

Degree Requirements:

• Minimum: Highschool Graduate


• Preferred: College Graduate
