Job Description:

Antea USA, Inc. (Antea®Group) is a global provider of Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability (EHS&S) services and solutions across multiple industries. We are seeking a Consultant to focus on building our business within the Energy Sector.


As an Energy Consultant, you will use your EHS&S consulting expertise to nurture and grow long-term client relationships through consultative sales and innovative service offerings, including identifying client needs and developing consulting solutions in the exciting and rapidly evolving Energy Sector.


In this role, the ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the Energy Segment Leadership Team to:


  • Stay informed on Energy industry practices and trends, including market dynamics, research, studies, and ESG initiatives.

  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with key client stakeholders and define a compelling value proposition.

  • Develop and promote the Antea Group brand by leading the creation of relevant content for live events, digital media, and other channels, while actively participating in industry associations to increase awareness of our services.

  • Lead client accounts and support Client Account Leaders by nurturing existing relationships and expanding service offerings through business development.


Qualifications:



  • 7+ years of EHS consulting experience, particularly within the energy industry

  • Expertise in nurturing and growing long-term client relationships through consultative sales and innovative service offerings, including identifying client needs and developing consulting solutions.

  • Strong interest in Energy Transition and assisting companies in navigating this rapidly evolving trend.

  • Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced organization.

  • Well-networked within the industry, e.g., trade associations, working groups, roundtables, the legal community, etc.

  • A strong desire to communicate, influence, lead a team, and engage directly with multiple clients and stakeholders. The candidate must also be receptive to direction and coaching from clients and team members.

  • Superior analytical/problem-solving skills along with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.

  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship, now or in the future.

  • Potential employees must be able to satisfactorily complete a background check, pre-employment drug screening (as permitted by law), and baseline physical (safety-sensitive roles). They must also have a valid driver's license and good driving record.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment - Maintain physical condition appropriate to the performance of assigned duties and responsibilities, which may include the following:



  • Sedentary to light work (typical office or administrative work)

  • Frequently required to stand, sit and walk for extended periods of time

  • Occasional lifting and carrying of low (under 25lbs) to moderate (25-49lbs) weight objects

  • Repetitive motions: substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers (including reaching)

  • Subject to inside environmental conditions (protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature change)

  • Operation of a motor vehicle


Additionally, if you are assigned work in the field at client project sites you will need to complete a medical surveillance/fitness-for-duty examination and maintain physical condition appropriate to the performance of assigned duties and responsibilities which may include the following:





  • Medium to heavy work

  • Subject to outside environmental conditions: heat/cold, wind, wet and/or humid, etc.

  • Occasional stooping (bending body downward and forward), kneeling (bending legs at knee), crouching (bending body downward and forward) and climbing

  • Frequent lifting (including push/pull, hold/carry) of light, moderate and possibly heavy weight objects

  • Subject to hazards, including a variety of physical conditions, including but not limited to: proximity to moving vehicles, parts or equipment; exposure to chemicals; pressure (including noise); electrical hazards; biological hazards; elevated work; materials handling


COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS



The annual salary range for this position is $110,000 - $145,000. Compensation will vary depending on the applicant's job-related knowledge and skills, education, work experience and certifications.
